![]() ![]() Technically why I needed Handbreak is that it had a couple of basic filters to denoise encoded videos found only on encoders that do not support batch encoding, so since VidCoder has them too so I'm better off. I prefer Vidcoder but tend to use Shana Encoder for more straightforward conversions using presets.And Callender strikes again, so turns out VidCoder is a rip of the open source Handbreak but yet with a more organized interface that gets things done for real unlike Handbreak. Note that batch conversion is supported so you can add as many files as you like at one time. ![]() You can also directly drag the files you want to convert to the main interface. Presets can be modified via Quick Settings and you can run the conversion without saving changes to the preset on completion. Click the'Add' button to load video files from your computer or other devices like USB device, camcorder etc. For example I've never found an upscale option. It's slightly more confusing than Vidcoder and has different options. ![]()
